Before You Turn The Keys In

I’ve talked to 5 people in the past week who are walking away from their home.  I would be willing to be I haven’t talked to 5 people in the past YEAR who are doing that because we are in (for the most part) an appreciating market.  However, if you’re one of those folks in a terrible situation please call these folks.  Nicest people you will ever talk to.  These guys are not condesending, they are not the collections folks, they just listen and help.  Did you know that CW and Wells don’t want your house back?
